10 Week Strongman Template Program (4-5 Days)
A full Strongman/powerlifting program which aims to increase your 1RMs.
-Pull/Deadlift day with bench
-Log Press/Overhead day
- Strongman Day with Stones, Yoke and Farmers carry.
This program uses load calculation for the big 3 lifts (plus log) which are based on your current 1RMs, entered into the top of an excel spreadsheet.
RPE scales are used for SBD variations and for remaining strongman movements.
The Powerlifts are prioritised into the first 3 days, so that the 4th is optional.
It comes with a full ebook (PDF) on how to read the program and how to follow it.
Basically everything you need to know to get strong, using equipment most commercial gyms have for all days except the strongman day/s.
You could easily train at a commercial gym all but one day, and only travel to a Strongman gym 1 day per week.
