A 12 Week Deadlift program that aims to increase your 1RMs.
This program uses load calculation for main deadlift work, which is based on your current 1RM, entered into the top of an excel spreadsheet.
RPE scales are used for Deadlift Accessory lifts.

No dumbbell work prescribed, barbell only.
